​The SPaDDIE Model

​The Perform-Link methodology is an enhanced version of the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) instructional design and delivery methodology called SPaDDIE.

​SPaDDIE is a working framework that can be used to address the developmental needs and to promote Learning and Development innovation. It is an integrated, holistic approach. 

The SPaDDIE approach came out of the need to find an easy-to-use framework and methodology to create performance-based solutions that include training activities and non-training performance interventions. The SPADDIE model is easy to deploy using its six categories: Systems Analysis, Performance Assessment, Design, Develop and Test, Implement, Evaluation and Enhance.
